If you ever need a quick crafting idea and you live with younger children, a good idea is finding a drawing/doodle they’ve made and sewing a real-life version. My little sister made a drawing of a bunny holding a carrot and I used felt and colored thread to recreate it.
I traced the original shape of the doodle into the white felt and cut it out and made an extra for the other side. Then I embroidered one felt piece with colored thread. I placed the decorated piece of felt on top of the second piece of felt (designs on the inside) and sewed around it partially, flipped it inside out, and stuffed it before stitching it back up. It is a nice little present that is both personalized and creative.
