  1. For me a healthy diet and exercise has made all the difference in the world. Actually this pandemic has caused my family to eat better since we are now all home at the same time as opposed to splitting dinners into shifts. Exercise has become more of a challenge but I still do my best to get something in for the day. A quick run or a bike run always helps.

  2. Making healthy decisions is a daily practice, more so, in our house lately. As it’s helping us get through living this new normal 🙂

  3. This is a great overall summary of all the areas involved in looking and feeling good. While none of us are expert at doing all of them, it’s great to be reminded to ensure we consider and get involved in each of these on an ongoing basis.

  4. I love that you included dressing to your body type. I think a lot of people have the misconception that you have to have a specific body type in order to be ‘pretty’ and fashionable, but that’s definitely not the case! Anyone can do it as long as they have an understanding of what works for them as an individual!

  5. Great tips. I have really been focusing on self care recently and I feel great for it. Looking after my skin and exercising have made a huge difference to how I feel.

  6. Some really good tips! I always remove any make-up and put some moisturising cream on my face in the evening, it’s especially important if you live in a city.
Also, exercising and eating lots of fruit and veg help so much, not only to look better but also to feel more energized.

  7. I agree with you. I think you immediately start looking better when you start doing something for you. Dressed carefully, having hands and care cared for as well as good makeup change your look dramatically. Being a huge sport and fitness junkie I could not agree more with exercising.

  8. A lot is applicable for all men and women. Healthy diet is the key to not only looking young but also staying young. Regular workouts are a must too.And of course dressing depending on our body type. Every dress does not go well with all. So much in agreement with you..

  9. Eating healthy and exercise are so important! I’m finding I eat at home all but once a week with the Coronavirus going around now. It feels strange to me to go grab takeout or sit in a drive-thru line. I prefer eating at home and eating healthy.

  10. I have greatly improved my skin (no more hormonal acne, yay!) by making a commitment to aim for 10 servings of fruit and veg each day. Bonus, this helps with other health goals like weight and energy for exercise too! Being home with a newborn right now, I really don’t focus on doing my hair/makeup/nails, but I try to stay CLEAN. So many postpartum moms just give up on showers and do days worth of dry shampoo, etc. I try to at least keep my nails short and clean, wash my hair and straighten it, that sort of thing. And having clear skin now, I find I really don’t need much makeup. When I do go out, I just pop on some blush, gloss and mascara. I don’t need the foundation.
