This week, we’re experimenting with a new format for Wellness Wednesday Guest Posts: a Yoga Video. Here’s an easy stretch and breathe session, that anyone could follow along to at any time of the day.
HMFYOGA – Helen Maria Faliveno, recommends that you consult your physician regarding the applicability of any recommendations and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program. When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.
This 15 min yoga stretch is perfect to get you over the hump of midweek. Surprisingly, this easy and gentle stretch can be done anytime of the day and you do not need any props, just a comfortable surface to sit on. This wellness Wednesday self care yoga stretch is a great way to calm the mind and give your body some loving kindness. Basically, this yoga stretch is suitable for all levels, from first time yogis, beginners and more advanced people.
Also, check out all my morning yoga flows in this playlist on YouTube… Yoga for morning practices range from 10 mins to full 1 hour classes by donation.
Lastly, thank you so much as always for watching and if you’d like to receive my weekly newsletter, sign up to my mailing list at mymindfulmovement.co.
