  1. This is a perfect idea for wellness Wednesday. As someone who struggles with flexibility I have found Yoga to be most helpful. I’ll check this out later after work for sure. I hope this becomes a series.

    1. I’m so glad this helped you Denisa 🙂 I’m sharing a new yoga class everyday in 2020, so I’ve got you covered for a daily yoga practise! xxx

  2. I’ll be doing this stretch tomorrow morning. I’ve been doing a lot more stretches lately, and I’ll add this video to my list. Thanks for sharing! 🙂

  3. I love a grrod yoga and pilates exercise. Her form and moves are amazing! I see this video being useful several times of the day!

  4. Thank you so much for this! Doing yoga and meditation have a lot of benefits to our mind and body. I’ll follow this video soon 🙂

  5. This looks great! Honestly, I have been feeling stiff and sore a lot lately and I think it’s just that I’m not stretching nearly as much as I should be. I am constantly either on the go, trying to get everything done around the house, or seated in front of my computer hard at work – my stretching somehow fell to the wayside. That being said, I am going to schedule it into my day tomorrow to give this video a try and see how much better I feel afterward.

  6. Great idea for a post! Gentle stretching is definitely a great way to promote wellness and I teach such a class every Wednesday evening, as well! It is always one of my more popular ones.

  7. I love this. It was so nice not having a short yoga exercise that didn’t require special clothes and could be done anywhere at anytime. It was so relaxing–loved the background music!

  8. This is cu ha good motivational and positive post for sure..Wellness Wednesdays bring them on x
