This is a perfect idea for wellness Wednesday. As someone who struggles with flexibility I have found Yoga to be most helpful. I’ll check this out later after work for sure. I hope this becomes a series.

This looks great! Honestly, I have been feeling stiff and sore a lot lately and I think it’s just that I’m not stretching nearly as much as I should be. I am constantly either on the go, trying to get everything done around the house, or seated in front of my computer hard at work – my stretching somehow fell to the wayside. That being said, I am going to schedule it into my day tomorrow to give this video a try and see how much better I feel afterward.

I love this. It was so nice not having a short yoga exercise that didn’t require special clothes and could be done anywhere at anytime. It was so relaxing–loved the background music!
